Dash details
The Washer-bulb is CLEARLY toast
An aftermarket fuel guage of unknown maker (at this point). 1950's models did
not come stock with a fuel guage. Look at this pic to see
the reserve lever.
The speedo needs a little help.
The companion guage to the Fuel Guage. It'a an oil temp guage. Looks like same
maker. I did not find the sensor.
Some unknown, yet cutom hook on the dashboard...
See the black lever at the bottom of this pic? it's the gas tank reserve lever.
These early models didn't have a gas guage. This lever made it possible to allow
the gas tank to access the last gallon of gas in the tank. So, when you felt
it studder, you flipped the lever and knew that you had one gallon left to find
a service station.
